Procast: Journal of Communication, Multimedia, and Information Technology Development is committed to providing immediate and unrestricted open access to all published articles. The journal believes that making scholarly research freely available to the public supports the advancement of knowledge, encourages academic collaboration, and increases the visibility and impact of research.

All articles published by Procast are freely accessible online immediately upon publication. Readers may access, read, download, and use the published articles for legitimate academic and research purposes in accordance with the applicable copyright and licensing terms.

Procast does not charge readers subscription fees or access fees to view or download published articles.

Article Processing Charge

Procast provides open access publication without charging authors any Article Processing Charge (APC).

Authors are not required to pay publication fees for manuscripts accepted and published in the journal. There are also no subscription or access fees for readers.

Author Rights

Authors retain the copyright of their published work, subject to the terms of the journal's copyright and licensing policy.

Authors are encouraged to share and disseminate their published work through academic and institutional channels, including institutional repositories, personal academic profiles, academic websites, and scholarly networks, provided that the original publication in Procast is properly acknowledged and cited.

Access and Reuse

Open access articles published by Procast may be accessed and reused in accordance with the applicable license. Users must properly acknowledge the original authors and cite the published article when using or referring to the work.

Any reuse of third-party materials contained within an article remains subject to the copyright and licensing conditions applicable to those materials.
